OnePlus 3T goes on sale in India: Price starts at Rs 29,999


Finally, the OnePlus 3T will be up for grabs in India starting today. The base model with 64GB storage is priced at Rs 29,999 ($444), while the 128GB storage variant will sell for Rs 34,999 ($518).

OnePlus 3T is an upgrade over the predecessor that was launched back in June. The device is only available for buying on Amazon India website. Earlier in the week, OnePlus 3T was made exclusive for Amazon Prime members.

The flagship device features a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920×1080) OLED display and is powered by a Snapdragon 821 processor. The hardware also includes 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal memory.

Running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, the OnePlus 3T has a battery set up of 3,400 mAh with Dash Charge (5V 4A) fast charging technology. The camera department includes a 16MP rear-facing Sony IMX 298 sensor and the same 16MP in the front for selfies.

As for how the device is different from the OnePlus 3, besides the features and software updates, the 3T has received a bump in the battery from 3,000 mAh to 3,400 mAh. The selfie camera also was a 8MP sensor, while on 3T you have a 16MP sensor.

The metal body device has a fingerprint sensor on the home button and also supports 4G LTE. As for color versions, you have Gunmetal and Soft Gold.
